Owen Himfar is a young actor from San Diego who made his on-screen debut in the feature film The Short Game, portraying Ethan, a character who like Owen, is autistic.
Owen brings authenticity and heart to the role, drawing from his own experiences. Like Ethan, he can spend hours immersed in the things he loves. Some of Owen's favorite interests include reading, chess, astronomy, meteorology, and soccer. He also excels academically and has competed in spelling bees.
Off-screen, Owen lives with his mom, an elementary school teacher; his dad a realtor and attorney; his older sister; and their dog, Rocky.

Upcoming she will be seen in the independent feature Behind the Eight Ball in which she plays a single Mom struggling with her boyfriend's cocaine addiction.

Emma Parks is an LA based actress, writer, and recent NYU Tisch drama program graduate. In addition to her role as Carly Stewart in The Short Game, Emma also starred in the lead role of “Charlie” in the award-winning short film Dirty Towel on which she was also co-writer and co-producer, and which premiered at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival. Emma recently made her Off-Broadway debut with the RJ Theatre Company in NYC. She will also be seen in the upcoming feature film Beyond the Crashing Waves, filming this summer.
